Due to the personal nature of our products, Tender Cosmetics does not allow returns or exchanges.  If your order is damaged or missing an item, please contact hello@tender-cosmetics.com within three days of receipt and include your order confirmation number.  Tender Cosmetics will evaluate the issue as soon as possible.  Thank you for your understanding.
