Shipping policy

All items will be shipped as soon as possible.  Tender Cosmetics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by extreme weather or other circumstances outside of its control.  Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if the shipping address is incomplete, if it includes a P.O. Box, or is considered undeliverable by couriers. At this time, we do not currently ship outside the United States.

For orders that include backordered items, Tender Cosmetics will ship orders once all products in the order are in stock.  Please contact us if you would like to request that the in stock items be shipped first.  You will be responsible for all shipping fees.

Orders cannot be modified once they are placed. 

If your order is damaged or missing an item, please contact hello@tender-cosmetics.com within three days of receipt and include your order confirmation number.  Tender Cosmetics will evaluate the issue as soon as possible.  Thank you for your understanding.
